    Myisha,
The cafe preview was a unexpected blessing…the final product a herald to women ..we need to hear that message nice and loud. (Video..nicely done my sister)
Thanks for being that yielded mouthpiece!

Thank you for these empowering words. I have many friends and relatives who need to hear these words. Whether from external or internal pressures they lack the courage and/or support to define themselves as you have. For that I am grateful, and I am sure they will be too. Peace. GE2

Wow! That was amazing! I really needed to hear that because I often find myself so stuck in setting timed goals for my immediate future, listing all the various achievements I want accomplished by the age of 30. Her words inspire us not to feel pressure, but to embrace the age as a new beginning. Thank you for passing it along Dij; I will continue to do the same. Besides, that was incredible that she completed the entire project on her own, not requiring any assistance for video or editing? Again…wow!

That was so beautiful! She is really creative and it really made sense. I think we all get to that age and think we are to be a certain way because society says we ought to. That’s why so many women go through “mid life crisis” because they are confused with the inner conflict of who they really are and who they appear to be.

    She’s dope!

Ahhh! Look at my Cherry Berry. Your lip gloss was poppin’! Dynamic like always…what else can I say. Your an inspiration to all of us ‘old heads.’ I guess as I count my 431 days left to be in my 20’s, I should begin to embrace this new life ahead of me! Love you much…

That was just wonderful. You don’t know me but, I’m Charlie Aunt Sandy that lives in Atl. You have a gift that will just get better as you get older. God bless you.

nice work, Myisha–the video was great. I feel honored that you shared the poem with us Riis folks when you were still perfecting the performance. Speaking of which, I still need to hear you perform in public one of these days
