Ok so I really don’t know what the above title means exactly, but what I do know is that I’m a true believer that Books will never ever go out of style, no matter how many kindles or internets come along. And for that my future applauds.
This weekend I took a visit to Strand Bookstore in the Lower East Side. It was too much eye candy for me to enjoy. The Books are diverse and the prices are low. Its a must go for a person who enjoys learning, reading, and looking to build up their library.
Strand is a legacy. Its been in existence for 82 years and has been family owned since. Its present building has 55,000 square feet of space and houses used, new, and rare titles. If you can’t get to NYC, visit them online at strandbooks.com. I’ll be visiting them later on this week again. I have unfinished business!
The 3 babies I bought home with me. All three for the price of 14 bucks. Yup!
