I saw the pics below while strolling through Manhattan the other night. New York City Mayoral Elections are taking place this November, and three candidates are running. Many are familiar with Bloomberg and Bill Thompson, but today I (re)-introduce you to another… Mr. Monty Burns. (and yes its the dude from The Simpsons).
