Say what you want about Kanye, hey I’ve said a lot and it hasn’t been too nice these last weeks since the VMA’s. But what I must say today is really a statement about the the level of excellence he arrives to when it comes to presenting his art.
A couple of years ago, I traveled to london for thanksgiving holiday and spent that day at the O2 arena at his Glow in the Dark European Tour. I was amazed at the quality of his concert and very proud that he showed the world how hip-hop music could be presented.
A reminder of that moment is encased in a new book of photography from the tour, photographed by Nabil Elderkin. The book is available here.
