This pass weekend I went to see Fela On Broadway. If anything was meant to be a musical this was. The play is about the life of AfroBeat Creator and Revolutionary, Fela Kuti and it is inspiring, exciting, and an awesome way to spend your evening.
The Cast is brilliant and the vibe is energetic. I went on Halloween night. There were people there with their costumes on. That just goes to show, this is no regular broadway show. Come as you are, but just come to dance, enjoy, and be inspired.

Saw that joint with Jason about a year or so ago. One of the best pieces of theatrical work I have ever seen! Plus, this dude really looked and sounded like Fela! Was a great evening to say the least.
